I have noticed from my tax invoices for December 2012, January 2013 and February 2013 charges of R8.64 per month for Closer CallCatcher.
I have Identity Call on my line which is part of my current package. I assume that this charge is for Call Waiting as I can hear another call coming through when I am on the telephone.
Please note that I never ordered the Call Waiting service and request that you immediately reverse these charges and credit my account accordingly.
I submitted an enquiry on the Telkom website on 4 March 2013 and have not received a reply as yet.
