STILL no solution after feedback was given!!!

This past week has definitely confirmed to me that CNA/CNA online is utterly useless and complacent.
Once again, I ordered my package on the 14th of November 2013, as to date I have STILL not received my package.
I got a response from CNA (26 December 2013) since my last post. The woman on the line said that she would call me back within an hour after she contacted me. IM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL BACK. It is as if CNA forgot about me. Service delivery is non-existent
Delivery was DUE: 13 December 2013.
Today is: 02 January 2014
My package is 20 DAYS LATE.

CNA is from me and i'm seriously considering pressing criminal charges.

I doubt that I'll buy from CNA again.
