Incorrect package registration

I contacted Vodacom Direct during October 2012 to sign up for a Smart Standard 229 package together with the new Samsung Galaxy S3, but I was registered on a straight Smart Standard. As a result, after receiving my first full month's invoice, I tried to contact Vodacom to rectify the error that they had made, and I have been trying ever since through all avenues possible - contact centres, VodaShops, VodaWorld, email, phonecalls, etc.

I was signed up for a monthly debit order, and as a result I have been debited an amount that was more than I signed up for the past 5/6 months and now I am out of options. I have been overcharged for the past 5/6 months and no one at Vodacom will take responsibility to fix the problem. I reversed my debit order for last month, as I can't afford to be overcharged anymore, but then the Collections department contacted me and said I need to pay before it reflects badly on my credit record - so I got the attention of the collections department at Vodacom, but still no one that will actually sort out the problem.

I am tired of trying to resolve this issue! And I can't afford to continue being overcharged! I will not use Vodacom Direct again.
