Waiting 3 months for credit while they still bill

Received the wrong items from Vodacom Direct in October 2013. Immediately contacted them to cancel the deal and return the incorrect Goods. Vodacom sent RAM couriers to collect the package on 16 October. (I have the Waybill proof). Since them I am waiting for them to cancel and refund my money. In the meantime Vodacom continues to bill me.

I later found out that RAM couriers lost the parcel and did not deliver it back to Vodacom.

Vodacom, the problem between you and Ram couriers, not me. Sort this out and refund my money.
