CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Good day.

Please note that I had logged a call to get me a price on closing my cell c contract both cell phone lines.

I was given the whole pay the remaining contract up, but when I mentioned the CPA section 14 they just pass the buck onto the next person, I was advised that someone would contact me within a couple of days... It has gone beyond 3months!

Really not impressed.

If a customer services person can contact me, surely we can track my previous calls and we can get this resolved.
