Not a good answer to connection problems

Good Day, I send an email to your coverage people. To find out why I have so many problems with my blackberry. Im sorry but that answer that they dont know when the problem is going to be fixed is unexceptable. I pay for my phone every month. I dont tell you that I dont know that I will pay you whenever I have money. I want to use my phone at work. So sort your problems out:

Please note we are aware of issues in the Auckland park area. We currently experiencing problems with numerious sites (T277, T2745, T1149 & T3414). Our engineers are attending to it. we unfortunately do not have a turnaround time at this stage.
