Im waiting now for over 6 weeks for my phone to be returned from repairs.
everyone seems to be giving me a different story... n when asked for someome to get back to me no one ever does, as i type this i have 2 different lines holding on for a supervisor the one call is 90min and the other 50 min. suddenly a supervisor named monic came on the phone but hey guess what ive been placed on hold again so now its a total of 110 min... WOW!!! what service...
