VMSA uses machine to dial me and tells me to hold

Virgin Money SA has the audacity to have a machine phone me repeatedly, and then when I answer the phone I have to hold for some person on the other side to eventually answer the phone. Sometimes after holding the line goes busy or they simply don't answer.

If you want to speak to me, phone me directly, or sms me, or email me.

Be warned, if a machine phones me again I will either put down the phone immediately, or I will leave it on for as long as possible to cost you as much money as possible. But in both scenarios I will not receive any message you intended to deliver.

I asked to speak to a supervisor this morning, but the supervisor wasn't available and she hasn't returned my call.

If this continues I will cancel all of my business with VMSA.
