Almost a month ago I logged a call through their website contact us page asking for a list of upgrades for my one contract, well after a week I never got my response & as such when I got to the shop it was busy & the decision for which phone to upgrade to was rushed, I have since in the following 3 weeks sent another 3 emails from the same page, each time receiving an email thanking me for my query & advising me someone will contact me, I received an email once from someone saying that my query had been sent to the upgrades department, but that is as far as it has gone, I'm wondering what a person has to do to get an answer, oh yeah go to websites like this I suppose!!
