Worst service ive ever receive From Vodacom

I have cancel 2 of my 3 accounts, the were not cancelled, and have been billed for them, 12 months ago i removed my blackberry service BIS and the still continued to bill me for it (keeping in mind i have a samsung) and continued to do so for 12 months

i have phones countless time to fix, the call agents are useless and when they get confused the drop the call, which was a couple of times, and now its getting to the point thaty vodacom owes me alot of money.

they have softblocked my phone, because im refusing to make payment, but i dont think i should pay for an in acurate bill.

This need to be rectified i have already contacted the News paper and Carte Blance i think this lack attitude towards customers has gone on far enough i want this issue resolved
