Illed ridiculous amount that cant be explained

When phoning Vodacom customer care i immediately asked for the manager and non was present at the time (Vodacom managers do not work on weekends?). I then spoke to louisa who could not explain as to why my bill was so high. I have a call limit which is set at R250 and I put that up to no more than R600 but i cant even find out what my last months call limit was because they don't have access to that? I continued by asking why my bill was nearing R900 if there are such things as call limits, she then went on to say the call limit works so i asked then why is my bill so high then she started saying that the call limit is not always reliable so what is it does it work or not? She then started saying that there where calls made off my line at which point i got really confused because i thought that was the point of having a phone! I am really really angry for lack of answers.
