ONCE AGAIN, I HAVE HAD NO FEEDBACK REGARDING MY COMPLAIN... THE ONLY TIME MTN/AUTOPAGE WILL ONLY REACT IS WHEN A CSTOMER OWES THEM MONEY, BUT TO SORT OUT A QUERY NOTHING GETS DONE... THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED AND PUT IN THE PAPERS SO THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER DOES NOT GO THROUGH THE SAME ISSUE LIKE MYSELF, I EXPECT A FEEDBACK BY 10AM TODAY. I WILL ALSO CONTACT THE PAPERS AS WELL IF THIS MATTER ISNT SORTED
