Not cancelling my Contract

On 29 of NOV 2012 I phoned Autopage and asked what they need from me to cancell my contract. I was told to write a letter with my ID number and send it to a specific email address that was given to me.

This was done and the letter was sent and i assumed the contract will be ended on the 31st of Dec.

it is now the 10 of March and after 4 more calls this matter is still not resolved.
First poor excuse i got was that they could not open the document that was sent. IT IS A PDF DOC WHO THE CANT OPEN A PDF??? And why dont you contact me???

After that i was told the contract will be cancelled and refunded for charges. This still did not happen as my account was debited yet again.

After another phone call (HOLDING FOR 20 MIn) i was told someone from cancellation department will phone me in 2 hours time. WHAT A JOKE.

After yet another call i spoke to the supervisor and he told me he wil ltake this matter up personally and give me a call. It is now 2 weeks later and im still waiting for that call.

I have not dealt with a more incompetent bunch if and.

Oh and also since DEC they started billing me for BIS which i don't even use.

SERIOUSLY!!!
