I applied for a cell phone contract through Elite Mobile (BB Tourch on a something 200), the deal was approved with Real People. I waited 5 days after being told Real people would be in contact with me regarding the application and verification would be done. Until this day no contact has been made with me. A consultant contacted me offering me another phone (which name I never heard in my life, that takes two sim card) I declined that offer. I contacted both C/Centres but none could give me a direct answer, all they say call Elite Mobile visa versa. I am willing to pay whatever I have to, cause I need the phone for business use, I have a reason for wanting the BB Torch. This can't go on like this. Why wait almost a month to be serviced.
