Cell C
Bad/no Internet connectivity

I had been happily using a Cell C data bundle for two years, and have even recommended the service to others. However, lately I have had almost constant network problems. I recently purchased and started using the Giga200 bundle, which came with a Nokia CS-19 speed stick, and over the last few weeks I have constantly had data connection issues. Sometimes it's so bad that the service will not work to the point of not even being able to do a speed test. The signal is strong, and the mode is HSPA (light is blue). In addition, the stick itself often disconnects and reconnects during use. Since I have not moved premises, I can only assume it's a problem with the network (and perhaps the device) and has nothing to do with coverage.
I rely on my data connection for work, so this is unacceptable. I have written a previous post about this, but have received no response. I also logged a complaint with the Tech department, but have heard nothing. In my opinion, I am within my rights to return the product, since it's clearly not fit for purpose.
