Dear Vodacom,
I have two complaints logged with you which I was supposed to receive a callback within 24 hours, to not avail, now 5 days later, I have serious issues with your company, whereby you are still deducting monies from my account after the account was cancelled a year ago and the other cell no. has had things added on, without my permission, my e mail for the billing has been changed without my authority, and even though I've taken the time to go into your branches and phone from their offices through to the accounts dept, receive ref. no's. I CANNOT resolve this problem, or get to speak to someone who will sort it out instead of giving me a ref no. However, the one thing that Vodacom is good at is deducting thousands of rands from my account!! Please can I have someone contact me urgently!!
