Paying for a new contract but no new phone!!!

I took up an upgrade with MTN and agreed to a new Blackberry 9320 in December of 2012. Since that time the phone was not delivered... I have called numerous times and the most recently yesterday twice in 1 day. The 2 people I spoke to had promised to call me back but to no avail... I have been paying for a phone which was allegedly returned to MTN however no attempt to remove the new upgrade deal was done. I've been to the walk in centres and nobody seems to be able to assist at all regarding this issue. This was going to be an upgrade for my son who is currently in possession of an older blackberry which has all but packed up. Please help. The number my complaint relates to is 0827773265
