We are disgusted & disappointed with the Service received from Telkom.
Request was logged on the 06.03.13 & despite several calls / sms - fault has still not been rectified to date. We do subcontracting work and this has impacted quite heavily in terms of business. Not only is it a incovenience but a cost factor as well. Historically, we have had endless problems with the landline & internet service to an extent that Telkom had to reimburse us for the poor service rendered. We have entered the agreement in good faith and have honored our obligations accordingly but unfortunatly we cannot say the same for Telkom. Check our payment profile & this will confirm it. It is totally fustrating to call 10210, be placed on hold, incur cost and still not got any favorable response. We are basically out of service for the past 3 days with the weekend approaching. We request for Telkom to rectify the problem immediately & compensate us for the losses incurred. Failing which, we will have no option but to escalate this to ICASA.
