I made a payement for my contract on the 26th of Feb. Unfortunately the teller at Nedbank got the reference number for my account wrong which resulted in cell c not receiving my payement and subsequently suspending my line. On the 5th of march I went to Nebank where I had my deposit slip faxed to cell c and the bank staffer communicating directly to cell c, I was told that my line would be active in 24 hours. More than 24 hours later nothing changed, so I called customer care, explained my situation and was told my issue would be reffered to the credit dept. On the 7th i refaxed the slips to two numbers, one which promised my line's reactivation within 4 hours, waited but more than 4 hours later still no change on my line. I've already had personal problems due to this not to mention the obvious frustration. How is it that cell c acts so quickly when it seems payements are not being made, they bombard you with smses. But when a problem needs to be fixed due to their partner's and their own incompetence, paying customers suffer instead of being appreciated via urgency in helping their so called valued customers?
