I send my phone in for repairs on the 13 Feb 2013 they gave a courtesy phone that does not have acces to Internet and i am paying for internet budlles as part of my contract when i complained Tenita who works @ Nashua Zululand she said to she will offer me her own personal cellphone since i am complaning about the internet service i left it @ that, first week i got an sms as a status report on my device that conitnue every week, this week i did not get anything, i complained and i was told i will recieve my device sometime this week i called again on Wednesday and she told me my device is with the quality control check up but she will send them and email to find out the progress on my device and that emial will take her 24 hours to send and get a response and she will definatly come back to me yesterday but she did not everytime i do the fallow up she does not bother to call me as she had promise and i called her today agian to find out on email she said the device is back to technical department for repairs i tried several people on branch including the head office and now i just receive the status progress report vai
