Terrible repair system

Last week i got a call from your people telling me that i will get my device this week, i called to follow this up yesterday and they now telling me the deviced hasnt even been touched yet, i call again today and they tell me my device is in PE where i booked it in.

PE people tell me according to their system its still in Joburg, frustrated at this the lady in PE adviced that she will email joburg technical team to address my issue. I tell the lady to cc me on the email so that i can see she has sent it, i call the PE branch later to ask she has done so cause she aggred and the guy that answered said that its not in their companies policy to cc clients so why do these 2 people who work for the same company say different things? Now they tell me my device will be in sometime next week. WHY IS THERE ALWAYS??? when it comes to service delivery at NM?? WHY?

Lastly any good company will always looks for more effecient ways to better their services but not Nashua Mobile, i still have to wait "5 years" for a device to be repaired!
