I have changed my debit order date from the 7th of each month to the first. No debit order has gone through yet and it's the eight already. I have contacted MTN to have a look and the person that was suppose to help me made me feel like a criminal when I apparently answered a security question wrongly. I'm sharing a number with some other person and for all I know those information could have been what she looked at.
All I wanted to do was to let them get their money before they cut my service. I will however cancel this contract because of incompetent people answering calls.
