VODACOM MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT

Vodacom's signal is virtually non existent in the Strand - Gordonsbay area. This is the reason I want to cancel my contract. I was told to phone 082 1958. I tried 3 times and held for almost half an hour, they do not answer their phones!!! I phoned 111 and was told to phone early morning or late afternoon. Impossible, I work and have to see clients and can only do this in my lunchtime.
Vodacom is definitely the worst cellphone service provider in RSA!
