Mtn products and services are disgusting

Just like to express my disappointment with Mtn and the services they are selling.. My wife and I purchased an internet package @ R329 a month, this came with a WiFi router (Sharelink) and opperates via sim card and 3G network.. According to specs of this router the download speed can reach up to 21Mbps... which is VERY high and the reason I chose this... The "Lite" package we selected from Mtn offers unlimited usage, of which 3gb is high speed and thereafter much lower speed until monthly renewal...

Well.. Half the time there is no internet at all, and if there is.. it is EXTREMELY slow. I use its daily and have to reset the router at least ten times a day to receive some sort of signal.. and I can forget about between 17H00 - 22H30.. thats just a joke.
The Mtn network is pathetic and they are promising things and not delivering.. honestly I can say that the "High speed 3gb" they initially advertise does not exist and the product actually works better towards month end anyway.. not to forget the regular resetting.

I would like to know when I will receive a refund for all the down time I pay for???

Stay away from this product and service as well as any other from Mtn
