Throttling

When I took out the MTN Lite uncapped package with modem router, I was told that I would receive a high download speed for my first 3 gigs of data and thereafter the line would slow down to 256 kb/s. This is a lie, yes the first 3 gigs are extremely fast, but thereafter the speed of the internet is 18-20 kb/s. When you call the call centre, all they say is its a line issue because of to many people using it. That's not my problem, MTN just suckers you into a 2 year contract and then throttles you thereafter.
