On the 05th of February i went into a Vodacom shop and went for an upgrade, got the upgrade on the 05th Feb on the 27th February i bought a data bundle of 225 rand which was a Gig, on the 3rd of March i got an sms to state that i no longer have this data bundle available.
I called into the call centre and explained this to them, they advised me that my contract was suppose to update on the 1st of March 2013 and that i cant load any prepaid data onto this account, i advised her that i didn't know but i want a refund as i didn't waist R225. She told me that she will forward it to the admin department and i will be called back within 48 hours. To date (07/03/2013) i have not received any feedback and i refuse to call Vodacom again, all i want is a follow up and a refund!!
I keep telling everyone how great Vodacom is and how happy i am when they complain about their service provider, clearly i am wrong, the service stink!!!
