I am not one of those people that say: oh, I'll never eat there again, or shop there again, fly with you again, etc. as I find comments like these childish, unfair and just plain stupid! BUT, I can now honestly say that I NEVER want to deal with MTN again... I have been having a lot of queries and odd charges on my contract and as any person would do, query it with their terrible and atrocious Call Centre. Firstly, the call agents are rude, abrupt and downright condescending! I hate (and I don't use this word often) dealing with their Call Centre... Secondly, after logging the query, MTN NEVER EVER comes back to me to explain the query, whether its been resolved, or whatever the case may be, I inevitable have to call back to hear what's going on! I frankly have had just about enough of MTN and its bad, bad, terribly bad service!!! Not only are they bad service providers, they are extremely expensive compared to other operators and I am over the moon to finally leave MTN and move over to CellC (which is the cheapest and best according to family and friends), when my contract ends July! Very happy!!! PLEASE, don't call to retain my business, its a little too late!
