Pathetic repair service and false advertising

Ooked in my phone on the 27February at Hatfield Vodacare. Fault: Screen Cracked and phone not charging. The phone is insured and I was told the claims process delays repairs with 24 hours. This is fine. However in reality the claim was delayed for 3 days one department pointing fingers at the other documents not received or not sent. Then after countless phone calls between vodacare and the insurance the go ahead was sent through. Vodacare then told me they needed to order spares. Strange considering Vodashop sells these but do not carry spares in stock but okay. Then I was told i cant get a loan phone because my phone uses a micro sim card and they dont have those. Sci-Fi tech this. Then why the am I paying R 170pm insurance? My household insurance quoted me R 65pm to cover the phone. I assumed inhouse insurance would be faster. Screen finally gets there they replace it and only then start working on the charging problem. WHY? The phone was functional with the original screen? I get told Thursday they will have a MAINBOARD to replace on the phone. Today its Tuesday next week! Replace the PHONE! There is a reason why I am on a R800pm contract. The techs dont even know whats wrong
