Fault logged - ref 97CRK060313 - when querying for the second time about when I can expect a technician to come and fix, I was told Telkom allows itself SIX days to despatch a technician before the system escalates the problem. This line is used in the generation of income. Unacceptable service levels. Another example of parastatal inefficiency - and we are helpless.
