I applied Oct 2012 for an ipad contract. After it was approved 3 times, I was informed that I can collect the item.
I had to upgrade my current package. When I arrived at the Telkom branch I was told that I had to pay 8000-00 cash in otherwise I cannot get the ipad. So I told Telkom that it was approved 3 times and not once was I told that I have to make a cash pay-in. So I didn't make use of it.
NOW, I received a cancellation fee on my recent account???
What the? I didn't get the contract, so why am I now charged a cancellation fee???
Surely I cant be charged a cancellation fee for something I didn't get???
