Cell C
Took my cash and not replying my email

I have a debit order each month that goes off so cell c sended it back and apperently if they send it back the first time they do not debit your account with R70 but they debited it with R115 when they tol me they do not have any record of the R115 I send them a email with proof that cell c debited my account but no response for about 4 days now. And then they cut my line.. Also I send them an email to ask how it works if I want to cancel my account. and they respond with I have 21 months left and I must give 30 days notice. So little information not how much I'm going to pay in or what steps I must follow. It is weak I won't use cell C again. Cell number 0744949056. Email [Email Removed]
