Cut off with no notice

Trying to be eco-friendly I decided to have my account e-mailed to me, unfortunately my computer was hacked and was out of a computer for a couple of months and so did not get the account and I did not pay the correct amount . without any notice our line adsl was suspended and to go with that a connection fee of R170 added (how can that be justified when all that is required to reconnect is to just push a button!!!). Had an sms been sent to my cell phone no I would immediately have paid! So the following month when the amt of R170 was added and I phoned about it I asked a supervisor to contact me regarding the matter, the matter was not resolved! What do you know the very next month because I had not paid the connection fee of R170 as I was still trying to resolve the issue our line was suspended AGAIN!! With ANOTHER R170 connection fee being levied?? This time I did get through to a supervisor called Gregory who was not interested and very arrogant! Surely Telkom should be giving their customers EVERY opportunity to pay, the lack of care and service this week is very sad and if I had another option I would NOT be using Telkom!!
