I arrange an update and number port with Nashua mobile and cell c. for 2 days I have not been able to make1 single call. I spoke to 6 different people on more than 6 occasions today, each call 15 minutes minimum. the first consultant believed that it was a network problem and in an hour it would be right, 2 hours later, same consultant, still no out going calls. Eventually later this evening the last consultant is convinced it is a sim problem and I must go to a store. So I leave work early at 7pm to go to the canal walk store, Only to be informed by the consultant that it is a network problem, and all he can do is send an email and escalate the problem to the network, which is what the first consultant did this morning. So from 8:30 am I have spoken to at least 7 different consultants, I still cannot make 1 call in 2 days, I cannot cancel the contract even though I am not getting the service agreed on. what constitutes a breach in contract? If I dont pay my bill they suspend my line, but if they dont provide me with a line that works, sorry for you we have your money for 24 months, or you can pay a penalty to terminate. Really? is this the kind of service we are proud of?
