After my last few encounters with Nashua Mobile I beg you all to please sign up directly with the cellphone network for your contracts and not bother going through the hassle of dealing with this incompetent company.

I went in to the Canal Walk branch in July and did two things. 1. Hand in my phone for repairs (it was insured AND under warranty). 2. Request that my contract end on the last day of August. The consultant I dealt with said that both of the issues would be handled.

I am not going to go into the long list of problems I had with the phone repairs (I now have a refurbished phone after asking many times to simply have my old phone back instead). Many frustrating hours were spent in the store and on the phone, to absolutely no avail! BUT my main issue is that my contract was not cancelled as requested and I was charged for an additional month. When I email the consultant I dealt with last he simply ignores my emails. I was also charged for phone repairs for a phone that was insured and under warranty!

Always a smile in store, yet I leave with no problems solved and am always ignored over emails (phone calls never returned). I just want to be rid of nashua mobile!
