SLOW SPEEDS from 26th FEB 2013

Hi,
i have been experiencing slow speed since the 26th feb 2013. everything was fine until then. Giga200. now i cant even open up web pages and i had to pay almost R2000 for this product. i am very disappointed as i cannot do work, i am a student who relies on the internet.
