Promised to Look Into My Complaint

After my last post relating to the shocking internet service I was receiving from Vodacom, they responded saying they would investigate the problem. I also recd a text advising that somebody would contact me.

Nobody has got back to me and I still have "disgusting" internet service.

So you tell me Vodacom, if you were paying a monthly sub for internet service and wern't getting what you signed up for, would you be happy??
