So i've applied on the 8th for ADSL it's now the 27th and no internet from Telkom. My reference nr is CM1094652.People came out to install my line then it was determined the underground line had to be replaced. People then came out again and i was told they couldn't get access to the main box up in the street because it is welded shut which was a as it just needed to be opened. Apparently the cable has been ordered but nothing has happened to fix my problem as yet. I have a reference nr for the escalation to the cable department 1589453/31.I need to know is this installation gonna happen or not as i can't get a supervisor to speak to because in 5 out of 5 times they were in a meeting and they never phone you back. Meanwhile my IT business keeps losing money as i am totally reliant on internet. This is the worst example of customer service i've ever experienced.
