Beware it takes 7 - 14 days to repair an iPhone

Beware, it takes 7-14 days to repair an iPhone smart phone, if you intend using a smart phone for business or can't be without it for 7-14 days when it is under warranty and broken then my advice is do not buy it from Vodacom! They have not offered me a suitable loan phone. Call centers have not called me back. I'm finding it impossible to speak to a senior manager. Vodacom have wasted hours of my time!!! Vodacom customer care is very poor - it seems they do not care about customers.
