Disappointing Service

I wanted a WHITE blackberry phone, after no success in finding it at a cell c franchise my husband called the Cell c sales line, after successfully ordering the phone SPECIFICALLY in WHITE having been told it would be delivered within 5-7 working days the courier delivers a black phone after 10 working days, after logging a complaint on Hello Peter someone calls my husband saying the problem will be sorted soonest, now 3working days later we are told to wait another 2 weeks meaning end of July we will be billed for a phone we never used or had! Cell C is pathetic the way they deal with us, every time we call we get a different story and seems no one is interested in solving our problem! They over promise and under deliver! Thanks for wasting my husband's time and patience!
