Waiting since January for a replacement phone!

In October we purchased the Azurite D32T Duo from Telkom Direct in Gateway. Subsequent to that, in January the displays on one of the phones went blurry. I took the phones to Telkom Direct in Pavillion and a Telkom lady by the name of Sne advised me that yes, Telkom will have to change the phones as they are faulty, however they do not have stock, and she will advise me when stock will become available. Since then, I have made numerous calls to both the Pavillion and Gateway branch.

When I phone, the majority of the time the phones keep ringing (no one answers) and I leave voice messages for Telkom to get back to me, which they never ever do.
When I have managed to get hold of them once or twice, they say they do not have stock and will advise me when stock comes in, and they never do. I am now sitting with this faulty handset since January!!! In the last two weeks, I have logged two complaints online on the Telkom website... surprise surprise, absolutely NO RESPONSE!!! I am absolutely disgusted at this poor service and lack of any response or assistance from Telkom and would like this to be resolved asap
