Call centre agents do not know what they doing!! 1

Telecommunications

The service I received from Nashua has been terrible, first the stopped deducted my monthly subscriptions from my bank account, which lead my account falling into arrears, handed the account to debt collectors which I paid up in December, then they did not make any arragements to collect monthly as the contract was not up, even when I called in nobody could help to arrange monthly payments. In Feb I called the call centre again to arrange payment as they had not made any attempt to contact me to do this themselves. I was told to deposit the money to the Nashua Mobile Nedbank account number and email or fax the proof of payment, which I did both. I then called them and to ask if they had received payment, which they confirmed and I was told that they were going to get their legal department to update the info, today (06/03/2012) that they have handed the account over to debt colletors again, and when I explain to the woman that the account was paid she did not understand what was going on as I had sent her the proof of payment. Now I do not know where my money is at, because clearly they did not allocate it to the right account, highly dissappointed coz I was very clear in my fax
