Absolutely NO feedback whatsoeve

I visited Nashua Mobile Elarduspark branch on 23-Mar-2013 to complete the forms requesting my deceased husbands' account transferred to me and to have the monthly payment moved to my bank account.
Despite several telephone calls and emails, I have still had absolutely NO feedback whatsoever from Nashua Mobile almost a month and a half later.
The account has not been transferred and the payment is still being deducted from my husbands' account. Meaning I can't close his bank account which is costing me a lot of money on a monthly basis.
