Im so disgusted with the way Nashua Mobile Contact centre treat their customers, im a victim of poor service from these guys. In Dec and Jan my account was in arrears i communicated via email to a guy by the name Thabo he confirmed that my arrangements was acceptable and that he was waiting for me to make the payment as arranged. Before the date arrive i got an sms that my account was now handed over to the Legal department. I communicated with the legal department and made payment to the amount of R2900. The final payment was made on the 02/04/2013 and i was told that my lines was going to be reactivated after they receive the last payment. I have made numerous calls to the contact centre, sometimes i hold the phone for more than 20mins only for the line to cut me. I have spoken to different people and they would tell me that my lines will be active in 24hrs. Its been two weeks now and noone is calling me to tell me what is happening with my lines. I have called them more than 10 times, spoken to Vincent, Edward, Musa and they both to me. I send emails to their supervisor Meagan and this guy never reply to my emails. Im so disgusted and want to cancel my contract.
