I requested a report for all our phones on contract from Vodacom and MTN on behalf of my employer's client, and the report provided was detailed, with all info required, and pertinent information needed however not requested. Because I am a Contractor I am not at liberty at this point to the client, but I will say that Vodacom has got the quality that far supercedes MTN in support and service and quality of service.
