Cell C
Ridiculous service from maintenance department

Sent my phone in for repairs on the 02/02/2013. Before it was handed over to Cell C, I was assured by the them that my phone repairs would be covered. Got a quote a week later via sms that tmy phone repairs would cost overR1000. I subsequently rejected the quote and asked that my phone be returned.
Today is 06/03/2013 and I am still waiting for my phone.
My issue is not with the Cell C branch, it is with the maintenance department who, after making numerous calls to them, seems to be giving me excuse after excuse and my phone does not get delivered when they say it will be.
I am so unhappy with their service and am desparately waiting for my contract to end. And I will make sure that I talk about Cell C's poor service on all the social networt platforms that I am a part of.
