Poor service - no feedback

I handed in my Blackberry 9300 to Cell c Alberton city for repairs on 21 January 2013, i was told i would get my phone back within 14 days. after numerous phone calls i eventually rejected the repair quote, because they are not going to fix my phone, and wait ages to get my phone back after not fixing my phone.
