Cell C
Poor service

My cell phone was giving me problems so I took it back to westage branch for repairs it was back on the third week of Feb. When I got home I found that it was still giving the same problems and even worse. I took it back on the 28 Feb again for repairs.
I went to check again on the 21 April why is it taking so long for them to fix my phone. Only to find that my phone was back from repairs but I was not informed worst part it was not fixed. I was told that it is beyond repairs so I must fix it myself. I have been with cell c for many years so I don't know why am I getting this treatment.
I didn't break or loose the phone so why must I fix it myself.
I need cell c to fix or replace it. The other thing I was told that Nokia E6 has been terminated
Bcs it was giving problems. I never skipped even one payment ever since.
