What do we have to do to get a response from MTN. Why is their customer service so poor. I've emailed on 3 occassions and received NO reply. Phoning the business call centre is a nightmare - you hold for ages and then you get cut off.
2 of our mobile business phones are being billed on a monthly basis for BIS - they are not blackberry's!!
We are NOT receiving our business statements.
Simple service delivery request... seems MTN CANT deliver the basics!!
