Since when is it okay for a call centre agent to cut off a client? If you don't understand what im asking you, then be quiet and let me explain. I am your client, not your friend. Yes I raised my voice to incompetence. But if you are going to tell me the same thing 50 times I will get upset. The agent says she can not change my debit order date as the cycles closed on 28/02. Okay. So if we are in the cycle for March, why can't it be changed. She could not explain to me when the debit order for March can be changed and why. If you tell me the debit order can be changed after the end of a month, why can March not be changed as it is now only 4 working days after the end of the previous month. How can you not allow for 5 working days after the end of the month? It is absurd. I will phone again tomorrow regarding this as she asked me to with the refernce number. And if i am not helped, i will take steps. You can not tell a client hte debit order can be done after month end but you still cant do it right now. Will someone please explain the logic in that? Please dont even try to phone me on my cellphone. I will not pick up. Rather explain to me, in writing, what will be done to rectify.
