Verified for 1 payment but not for the second?

It is now 9 months that i have Top TV and have changed to a debit order as of January as it would make payment a whole lot easier.

My January debit order went off but the February didn't apparently because my account details were not verified.

How can the details be verified for 1 month but not the second month? I cannot seem to understand that!
The Call centre agent could not explain this to me as he himself had no idea!
The previous guy from last month had this sorted in under 10 minutes but i am not willing to call the call centre every month just because "MY DETAILS ARE NOT VERIFIED"!

I am highly disappointed and am really considering to change over to an ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE! DSTV!
